Please note we may be unable to provide services exactly as set out in "You and your general practice" in certain circumstances, including:
- Lack of clinical or administrative capacity
- Planned closure for staff training (e.g. half-day each month)
- Unforeseen events (e.g. IT outage, severe weather)
- Failure of NHS - supplied software (e.g. online consultations or GP Connect issues)
- Situations where continuing to accept requests would compromise safe service delivery
