Introducing the Primary Care Network - PCN
Primary care networks (PCNs) are groups of practices working together to focus local patient care. Framfield House has been working for some time with other local practices to employ additional staff to improve and expand services for our patients. We already have a team of pharmacists, patient coordinators, physiotherapists, mental health professionals and a paramedic. We envisage PCNs to be an important part of the care that we offer for the foreseeable future. Please find further information here:

Patient Participation Group
Framfield House Surgery Patient Participation Group has currently a “virtual” group contacted by email or letter to obtain patient views on the service we provide and also a group that meet in person. If you wish to join the patient participation group either as a virtual member (therefore contacted only via email or letter) or a member who wishes to attend meetings please speak to Reception with your preferred method of contact.
