Introducing the Primary Care Network - PCN
Primary care networks (PCNs) are groups of practices working together to focus local patient care. Framfield House has been working for some time with other local practices to employ additional staff to improve and expand services for our patients. We already have a team of pharmacists, patient coordinators, physiotherapists, mental health professionals and a paramedic. We envisage PCNs to be an important part of the care that we offer for the foreseeable future. Please find further information here:
Please bear with us but we are currently dealing with an unprecedented demand on our emergency appointments amid concerns about Group A Streptococcal infections. This is having an impact on the routine appointments we are able to offer but are currently trying to increase our clinical workforce help cope with this.
