Repeat prescriptions – can be requested in 3 ways:
1) Online via the website - To arrange online repeats please register for this scheme with Reception by bringing in a form of phototgraphic ID such as driving license or passport. Ordering repeat prescriptions in this way is the safest most accurate method. For further information on this service please follow the link below:
2) By ticking the items required on the repeat part of your prescription
Please tick items required or put in writing and post to the surgery.
3) By Email

Note:Please allow 5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
