Practice Management
Mrs Julie Giles She/Her
Practice Manager. Julie is responsible for the overall running of the practice and the financial management of the medical centre. She welcomes hearing your thoughts and suggestions regarding the practice and can be contacted at julie.giles3@nhs.net
Mrs Lindsay Baskett She/Her
Practice Operations Manager. Lindsay is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Practice. She also co-ordinates the clinics, ensures staffing levels are maintained.
Mrs Jayne Casey She/Her
IT Manager. Jayne is our IT Lead ensuring all IT systems are maintained plus the day to day co-ordination of facilities.
Laura Girling She/Her
Practice Accounts Laura is responsible for all financial aspects of the Practice.
Mrs Sammy Clarke She/Her
Admin Operations Manager
Sammy is responsible for overseeing general practice admin and organising staff training & meetings.

Our coding team are responsible for keeping patient records updated subsequent to the receipt of hospital correspondence.

We have a team of friendly and helpful reception staff who will be your first point of contact with our practice. Please treat them in a manner you would like to be treated yourself. They work within strict guidelines laid down by the Practice Manager and Doctors and any dealings with them are fully confidential.
Secretaries

The medical secretaries are responsible for typing letters to patients and health care providers on behalf of the GP's and also arranging patient referrals.
