Mrs Julie Giles
Practice Manager. Julie is responsible for the overall running of the practice and the financial management of the medical centre. She welcomes hearing your thoughts and suggestions regarding the practice and can be contacted at

Mrs Lindsay Baskett
Deputy Practice Manager. Lindsay is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Practice. She also co-ordinates the clinics, ensures staffing levels are maintained.

Mrs Jayne Casey
IT Manager. Jayne is our IT Lead ensuring all IT systems are maintained plus the day to day co-ordination of facilities.

Linda Hales
Practice Accounts  Linda is responsible for all financial aspects of the Practice.

We have a team of friendly and helpful reception staff who will be your first point of contact with our practice. Please treat them in a manner you would like to be treated yourself. They work within strict guidelines laid down by the Practice Manager and Doctors and any dealings with them are fully confidential.

The medical secretaries are responsible for typing letters to patients and health care providers on behalf of the GP's and also arranging patient referrals.

The role of the patient coordinator is to act as a central point of contact for the patients, to review patients’ needs and help them access the services and support they may require and to support the patients to develop personalised care and support plans.
