 FRAMFIELD HOUSE PRACTICE NEWS

Dr Lynch and Dr Tinsley are taking part in a Triathalon to be held at Alton Water on the 8th July to raise funds for SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy).  If you would like to sponsor them please follow the link below. Thank you

There may be a period of time between 12pm and 3pm on the 13th July where our phone system will be shut down for essential maintenance work. This will mean you will not be able to contact the surgery via the telephone during that time. The Reception desk will remain open for queries in person all afternoon.

If during this time you have an urgent medical problem please call the 111 service by dialling 111. If you have a life threatening emergency please call 999.

This coincides with all clinical staff attending training from 1pm that afternoon therefore once the phone system is restored if you call the surgery you will hear a message giving the above alternative options for receiving medical treatment.

Telephone/Online System

You can book appointments using our automated telephone booking system and also online via our website www.framfieldhouse.com.

Please contact the surgery if you have any problems using either of these methods. Please be aware you do need to contact us in person with photographic ID before you will be able to use the online booking service.  The online service is a safer more accurate method of ordering your repeat medication therefore please consider signing up if you haven't already.

Email Address/Mobile Phone Numbers

Do we have your correct contact details? Are you happy to share your email address and or mobile phone number with us?  Please complete a slip at reception if so to consent us to communicate with you in the most appropriate way.

Patient Participation Group

Framfield House Surgery Patient Participation Group has currently a “virtual” group contacted by email or letter to obtain patient views on the service we provide and also a group that meet in person.  If you wish to join the patient participation group either as a virtual member (therefore contacted only via email or letter) or a member who wishes to attend meetings please speak to Reception with your preferred method of contact.
