 Staff Update

Dr Arundale has completed her time with us as a GP Registrar.  We wish her well for the future.  Nurse Practitioner Sue Lowe has recently left the practice also and we wish her well also.

Dr Thompson left the practice just before Christmas to carry out further training.

All of her patients are temporarily under the care of a GP partner until a replacement GP is in post.

Nurse Angie Scully has joined the practice nurse team.

Richelle Birchall has joined the practice as Prescribing Team Lead and Andrea Lloyd who was formerly a dispenser is now a Prescribing Clerk working with Richelle.

Telephone/Online System

You can book appointments using our automated telephone booking system and also online via our website www.framfieldhouse.com.

Please contact the surgery if you have any problems using either of these methods. Please be aware you do need to contact us in person with photographic ID before you will be able to use the online booking service.  The online service is a safer more accurate method of ordering your repeat medication therefore please consider signing up if you haven't already.

Do we have your correct contact details? Are you happy to share your email address and or mobile phone number with us?  Please complete a slip at reception if so to consent us to communicate with you in the most appropriate way.
